Your measurement services manager is accountable for a 100% perfect product – from your initial on-boarding and set-up through reporting. He or she ensures that NRC Picker meets its contract expectations by sampling appropriate audience members and by ensuring your data is delivered in a timely and accurate fashion to the right audience. The measurement services team is instrumental in implementing your project and helping you understand how your data can be used for your improvement efforts.

Your analyst is in charge of all of your reporting needs. He or she analyzes trends in your data to identify areas of improvement. The analyst team assists you with not only understanding your current scores, but also with recommending future goals.

Your business development manager is responsible for ensuring you have access to future products and services. For example, if you decide there are additional areas of the patient experience you want to measure, the business development manager is instrumental in setting up such programs.
