The North Carolina Regional Networking event will be held on August 16, 2012 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, hosted by Forsyth Medical Center.

Driving Directions and Parking Information:

  • Forsyth Medical Center is located at 3333 Silas Creek Parkway.
  • The Conference Center is located beside the parking deck at Forsyth Medical Center
  • Turn into the Forsyth Medical Center campus at the intersection of Maplewood Avenue and Hawthorne Road.
  • Park in the deck that is immediately on your left.
  • Follow the walkway from the first floor of the parking deck to the Conference Center just before you enter the north tower lobby.
  • When you enter the Conference Center area a NRC Picker Associate will greet you and direct you the registration area.
  • Parking passes will be provided at the registration area.

During this presentation, Mike will address public reporting in the physician practice setting along with the CGCAHPS Survey tool and its history.  He will discuss current legislation and usages of the tool, process improvement strategies, and the steps necessary to begin measurement for your providers with CGCAHPS.
