This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of The Governance Institute and Patient Centered-Care Institute.  The Governance Institute is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Patient Centered-Care Institute is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Nebraska Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation Code # NE 07-10EF01.

Provider is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider # CEP 14287.

Continuing Education Units have also been applied through American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).

Certificates must be retained by the licensee for a period of four years after the course ends.
