Sunday, Sept. 27: A morning in Salt Lake, with the conference starting at 1 pm. End your day with an optional outing.

Monday, Sept. 28: Full day of sessions focusing on the patient.

Tuesday, Sept. 29: A busy morning of learning. Use the afternoon to enjoy Salt Lake or travel home.
