Executive Team

Susan L. Henricks
President and Chief Operating Officer, National Research Corporation

Susan Henricks has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of NRC since July, 2011. Prior to this role, she served as Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Arbor Capital, LLC, a private equity firm focused primarily on companies in the marketing and information services, the payments technology and the business process outsourcing sectors.

Throughout her career, Susan has held a number of leadership positions including President of the Financial Institution Services business of First Data Corporation, the largest processor of credit card, debit card and merchant transactions in the U.S.; President of RRD Direct and then the directories business of RR Donnelley, a global leader in printing and print services; President of Donnelley Marketing, a direct marketing services company; and President of First Data Enterprises, the credit card issuing business of First Data Corporation. She has also held various leadership positions with Metromail Corporation, a direct marketing services company, including President and CEO.

Susan holds a B.A. from Northwestern University and received her M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Eva Fujan

Senior Vice President, Business Development

Eva Fujan has been a business executive for over 20 years, serving leadership positions in sales, marketing, operations, product development, technology and recruiting. She's worked with companies in the U.S., Europe and Israel and led a $200 million dollar division of a technology company that worked with Avaya, Cisco, Microsoft and Nortel. Eva currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Development for NRC.
 
Eva received a Bachelor's Degree at Dana College in Blair, NE and her Master's Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. While serving as Vice President of Technical Recruiting at Inacom Corporation, she began research on career planning, employee development and recruiting exceptional employees, and then she started speaking to business and academic audiences on the subject. Fujan led a team of 26 recruiters that interviewed over 10,000 candidates, hired over 2,500 technical employees and 80 interns a year and was recognized in CIO magazine, Fortune, the New York Times and many other industry publications for the innovative programs that she and her team developed.
 
 Eva lives on a farm in Weston, NE with her husband Gregg and has four children, Lea, Clint, Connor and McKenzie.

Helen Hrdy

Senior Vice President, Client Services

Helen Hrdy has held multiple roles during her twelve years at NRC primarily leading teams that have helped hundreds of healthcare facilities measure and improve the quality of the patient experience. She has a passion for service excellence and for leading and developing our associates to help our hospital and medical group clients improve the patient experience.

With a focus on quality and consistency of service, Helen works directly with a team of account managers, measurement services managers and improvement analysts and is responsible for:

• Ensuring our clients receive outstanding and proactive customer service
• Setting and achieving quality standards and other goals for the deliverables and service NRC provides
• Promoting understanding of our deliverables and how to help hospitals improve their patients’ experience
• Coaching Account Managers, Measurement Services Managers and Improvement analysts to these goals

Helen earned her Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Modern Languages from the University of Salford, England.
